1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all software products, digital tools, downloads, and licenses purchased through the DataHub Solutions website.

Because our products are digital and include activation-based licensing, refund eligibility differs from physical goods.

By purchasing any software from DataHub Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Software Purchases

Our software products are delivered instantly and include activation codes that unlock full functionality.

2.1 Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted if:

  • The software has not been activated on any device
  • The purchase was made in error and reported within 7 days
  • You are unable to use the software due to a verified technical issue that we cannot resolve

3. Refunds Are Not Provided If:

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • A license has already been activated
  • A machine-ID lock has been created for your activation
  • The software has been downloaded and installed but you decide you no longer want it
  • You purchased the software expecting features it does not claim to include
  • There is evidence of tampering, misuse, or unauthorized license sharing
  • You request a refund outside the allowed refund window

Once an activation code has been used, the product is non-refundable.

This policy is standard for activation-based digital products.

4. Duplicate Orders or Billing Errors

If you accidentally placed duplicate orders or were improperly charged by our payment processor, we will:

  • Verify the duplicate or error
  • Issue a refund for the affected transaction(s)

Stripe’s standard transaction timelines apply.

5. Subscription Products (If Added in the Future)

If DataHub Solutions introduces recurring subscriptions (e.g., support plans or training memberships):

  • You may cancel at any time
  • Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods

(Subscriptions are not currently offered.)

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting DataHub Solutions first may result in:

  • Immediate license termination
  • Machine-ID lock revocation
  • Loss of access to all DataHub Solutions products
  • Permanent ban from purchasing future products

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues.

7. Processing Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Processing times may vary based on Stripe and your bank
