These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and our End User License Agreement (EULA).
Purchasing or activating any software product also requires agreement to the EULA.

2. Software Purchases & License Agreements

All software products sold by DataHub Solutions, LLC—including ValuPro360™, DataProSeries™, UtilityProSeries™, and any future tools—are licensed, not sold.

When you purchase any software product:

• Your purchase is governed by this Terms of Service, and
• Your installation and use of the software are governed by our EULA

The EULA controls software activation, deactivation, machine-ID locking, license transfers, updates, and permitted use.

In the event of conflict between the TOS (website) and EULA (software), the EULA controls all software-related matters.

3. Accounts & Registration

You may create an account to manage your orders, licenses, and downloads.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Not share your account with others
• Accept responsibility for all actions taken under your account

DataHub Solutions is not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your password or device.

4. Purchases, Payments & Billing

All payments are securely processed through:

• Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• WooCommerce (order and license management)

We do not store or process credit card information.

You agree that:

• Prices may change at any time before purchase
• Taxes may apply depending on your location
• You will not use fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods

Upon successful purchase, you will receive:

• An order confirmation
• A license key (if applicable)
• Download access where applicable

5. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy published on our website.

You acknowledge that:

• Refunds may not be available once a license is activated
• Refunds may be denied for evidence of tampering, misuse, or unauthorized sharing
• Software tools are digital products, and access cannot be “returned”

All refund decisions are final.

6. Website Use & Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with website functionality
• Access areas of the site without authorization
• Bypass or disable cart, checkout, or license verification systems
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security

8. Digital Content (Webinars, Videos, Podcasts, Guides)

Your use of any digital content provided by DataHub Solutions is subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Record, redistribute, or resell webinars or video content
• Share exclusive training materials or downloadable files
• Reproduce podcast or video clips without attribution
• Use digital content to build competing products, tools, or training platforms

Some digital content may require additional agreements or paid enrollment.

9. Availability of Website & Services

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• No errors, bugs, or outages
• That the website will always be secure or virus-free

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any website feature, store function, or content at any time without liability.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website interacts with third-party services including:

• Stripe (payment)
